Finally, potential buyers tend to make up their minds about a house within the first 30 seconds. Make sure you wow buyers right when they walk in the door. A warm and inviting entry way will make buyers want to see more. If your property fails to impress at any of these critical points, your home will likely end up in the elimination pile.
